		<description><![CDATA[As from May 1st, Myanmar (Burma, Birma) has changed its visa policies. It is not necessary anymore to visit a consulate or emabassy and apply for a visa, if flight destination is Rangoon (Yangoon) or Mandalay.
From May 1st, all foreigners get a visa on arrival at the above mentioned airports.
